All measurements should be double checked on the appropriate manufactureer / brand site, product details are accurate as provided to us by the brands / manufacturer and up to date at the time of printing. In all cases check the details of each product on the manufacturer or brands site see 4,5,7.

3.1. Our price list is up to date at the time of printing and as such customers must check the prices and any associated costs at the appropriate stores / shops / manufaturers. Special offers and promotions may also alter the item price.

4. Guarantees
4.1. Guarantees and warrenties vary per brand/manufacturer and the customer is reponsible for viewing / accepting / arranging the guarranty or warrenty at the appropriate brand(s) or manufacturer(s) involved in your transaction.

5. Cancellations / Amendments
5.1. All cancellations or amendments must be made to the supplier involved and shoeandsole do not have any control or responsibility for purchases, returns, cancellations or quieries.

7. Delivery/ Returns
7.1. All delivery times, details, costs and arrangments are the responsibility of the customer and supplier and as such shoeandsole bare no cost or responsibility.
7.2. Customers should check item prices before purchase from stockists, shoeandsole comparison prices are correct at time of printing, but the responsibility for checking prices, availability, payment and returns and any and all other terms and conditions rests entirely on the customer.
